Jerk Spiced Dry Rub Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Arawak Farm® Jerk Dry Rub & Spice Blend
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 1/4 lb Pork Tenderloin

Instructions

  • Brush olive oil on pork tenderloin (1¼lbs), then coat with spice blend.
  • Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 18 to 20 minutes,until pork reaches 145°.

Notes

Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
