- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk of your choice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup old rolled oats
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt
- 2 teaspoon Arawak Farm® Blue-Blackbery Spicy Fruit Spread
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
