Classic
- 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Sweet Ginger Basil Pepper Sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon minced garlic
Whisk together all the ingredients in a large salad bowl. Toss with mixed greens and serve.
Mango Peach
- 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon Mango Peach Pepper Sauce
Whisk together all the ingredients in a large salad bowl. Toss with mixed greens and serve.
Honey
- 1/4 cup light olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 – 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp Dry Rub & Spice Blend #2
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Avocado
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 teaspoon Sweet Ginger Basil Pepper Sauce
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
In a food processor, combine avocado, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Run processor until very smooth and creamy. With the processor running on low, Gentle pour olive oil through the chute until just combined.
